Basketball European Champion Goran Dragic follows Brooklyn Nets for the rest of the season in the North American Profiliga NBA. This confirmed his agent several American media. The 35-year-old Slovene, who was awarded the European Championship 2017 as the most valuable player of the tournament, played in the current season for the Toronto Raptors and the San Antonio Spurs.
In addition to the Nets, other title candidates such as the Golden State Warriors or the Milwaukee Bucks should have been interested in Dragic. In his new team, the build-up player will play with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving – and do not meet James Harden, who was sent to Philadelphia in a blockbuster trade.
Veteran Dragic spent most years of his career at the Miami Heat, where the Clever Buying Player 2020 contributed significantly to the surprising final collection of the Heat. At just under 14 years in the league, the Slovene comes to just under 14 points per game.
