You can start the hunt for each of the Tanuki by completing the secondary mission Tanuki Hunt at Shiroya Shrine, which is accessible pretty early in the game. Some of the locations of Ghostwire Tokyo Tanuki can be found high up on roofs or hidden in parks, streets and under bridges.

Tanuki Locations of Shiroyama Shrine

The first TANUKI is not far from the place where you start the secondary mission Tanuki hunt. The TANUKI is called a metal pot.

The nearest Tanuki site is located in the southwestern corner of the region on a building. It is called as a Torii goal.

The last Tanuki location of the Shiroyama shrine is located under the highway in the south of the map. It is camouflaged as a sales machine.

TANUKI locations of the Akisawa shrine

The first Tanuki location of the Akisawa shrine is located in an alley where he is called as a Torii gate.

The nearest Tanuki is located on the corner of the roof of a building on the street.

TANUKI locations of the Chishima shrine

The Tanuki of the Chishima Shrine is located in the northeastern corner of the locking area in the north of the map, camouflaged as a telephone booth.

TANUKI locations of the Hastuike shrine

The Tanuki site of the Hastuike Schrein is located on the west side of the park in the north of the region. It is called as a chair on the edge of the park.

Hitani Shrine Tanuki Locations

The first TANUKI of the HITANI shrine is located on some electrical boxes next to the highway. It is called as Daruma.

The nearest Tanuki stands on a park bench, in a small side street in the midst of a group of buildings, which are camouflaged as instant noodles.

TANUKI locations of the Kamio shrine

The nearest Tanuki is to be closed as Daruma in the southeast of the map.

TANUKI locations of the Kuo-Schrein

The two Tanuki in the region of the Kuo-Shrine are pretty close to each other, the first being in a park, which is called as playground rocker.

The nearest Tanuki is called as a shield and is located on a roof at the highway.
