The Hamburger SV receives fresh capital through the sale of other club shares. The AMPRI Handelsgesellschaft mbH, which has been part of the shareholders’ circle since the end of 2020, marked 35,068 shares and now holds 1.42 percent of the shares in the issued HSV Football AG. The capital increase brings the football second division into two million euros, according to information from the Hamburg dinner, it will be effective with the entry in the commercial register. Thus, 24.9 percent of the shares are sold – the statutes are not allowed. The largest shareholder according to the Hamburg percents club E.V. is a billionaire Klaus-Michael Kühne with around 15 percent.
